The Center Head, with over 8 years of experience, excels in program coordination and fostering a nurturing environment. Our Operations lead, a Medical and Psychiatric Social Worker, specializes in rehabilitation and client independence. Additional team members include a Psychiatrist experienced in crisis intervention, a Psychiatric Social Worker specializing in mental health outreach, and two Psychologists skilled in clinical assessments and research. Together, our team is committed to enhancing mental health outcomes through integrated, client-centered care.

Consultant Psychiatrist
A patient-centered psychiatrist with a focus on holistic care, Dr. Aishwarya completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship in Psychiatric Rehabilitation at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, and holds an MD in Psychiatry from IHBAS, Delhi. Specializing in schizophrenia and psychiatric rehabilitation, she advocates a comprehensive approach to treatment, integrating medication, education, and lifestyle adjustments to help patients lead fulfilling lives.

Sharon Raju is a skilled Medical and Psychiatric Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals facing disabilities and mental health challenges. With over three years of experience as a Senior Rehabilitation Counselor at the Richmond Fellowship Society in Bangalore, he excels in providing therapeutic support, developing individualized rehabilitation plans, and fostering client independence. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in Medical & Psychiatric Social Work, from BVM Holy Cross College in Kerala. Known for his adaptability, organizational skills, and compassionate approach, Sharon is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in his clients' lives.
Counselor (Social Worker)
Aleen Sneha Paul is a MSW graduate with a focus on Medical and Psychiatry. Her extensive hands-on experience in diverse healthcare settings has honed her skills in crisis intervention, therapeutic counseling, and patient care. Aleen has completed internships at esteemed institutions such as Fr. Muller Medical College and the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS). Her experience includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting psychosocial assessments, and facilitating both group and individual counseling sessions. Passionate about mental health advocacy, Aleen is dedicated to improving patient well-being and is eager to contribute to an integrated healthcare environment.
Counselor (Social Worker)
Ranjith is a compassionate Psychiatric Social Worker with a year of experience in mental health support and counseling. He has expertise in crisis intervention, patient advocacy, and personalized treatment planning. Ranjith has worked at Naveen Rehabilitation and De-addiction Center in Coimbatore, where he provided counseling, emotional support, and mental health outreach. His clinical training includes stints at Christian Fellowship Hospital and Ahal Neuropsychiatric and De-addiction Hospital, which equipped him with skills in assessments, group therapy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ranjith holds a Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Medical and Psychiatry from Bharathiar University and is proficient in multiple languages.
Psychologist
Alina Mariya is a postgraduate psychology student specializing in Clinical Psychology, with a solid academic background and hands-on experience in various clinical settings. She graduated from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences with a focus on psychological assessment, intervention, and data analysis. Alina's internships include work at Mar Sleeva Medicity, General Hospital Ernakulam, and Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, where she honed skills in counseling, crisis intervention, and client assessments. She has a passion for mental health research, demonstrated through projects on the impact of PCOS on mental health and job involvement's link to anxiety. Alina is proficient in four languages and has volunteered at a COVID-19 Treatment Center, providing crisis intervention and emotional support. Her profile reflects her dedication to making a difference in psychology through research, counseling, and empathetic client care.
Psychologist
P. Rishi Karthick is a motivated psychology graduate with a Bachelor’s from Kumaraguru College and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute. He has hands-on experience as a student counselor and intern at the Institute of Mental Health, Chennai, where he conducted psychological assessments and provided psychoeducation. He also served as a counselor at IIT Madras, supporting PhD students, and led mental well-being awareness sessions for children at Canaan Charitable Trust. His research includes studies on single-parent aggression and personality disorders among IT employees. Rishi is fluent in Tamil and English and has completed an online course in Consumer Behavior through Swayam NPTEL.
